"I first started seeing Sarah after a serious knee injury and surgery. As well as helping me build up strength and start walking properly again, she also helped me to understand the whole process of recovery. This gave me my confidence back and helped me to be patient, building a long term exercise programme. I find Sarah’s hands-on approach excellent.”

"I can’t recommend Sarah enough – whatever problem I go to her with, her extensive knowledge and expertise means she never fails to find the cause of the problem and is always able to give the right treatment and advice to enable me to manage any injury. This allows me to carry on with whatever challenge I am doing, or just to continue with my passion of running. She totally understands how important it is to me, and works empathetically and professionally to the highest of standards. I would never go to anyone else!”

"I went to see Sarah for a second opinion about my knee pain. She diagnosed with pinpoint accuracy the cause of the pain, quickly eased it with treatment and gave me some exercises to prevent it happening again. Can’t recommend Sarah enough, definitely my go to therapist for any future niggles or issues.”

"Sarah does a fantastic job of treating my running injuries and niggles. Her knowledge of the body is incredible. She takes the time to talk with me and work out exactly what the cause of the problem is, so she can not only treat it in the session, but also continue the treatment with exercises to do at home afterwards. She’s also great at explaining what has happened and why. I recommend her to all my friends, and she has become the go-to person for my running club!”

"I have used Sarah’s services for over 5 years now, for everything from pre- and post-race massage and also for rehab and exercises following a couple of major injuries.

Sarah provides top class, professional, friendly expertise and has clear experience and knowledge in her craft. As well as treatments Sarah has provided, she always gives a full, exhaustive explanation of what, why and how the muscles, tendons and ligaments all work together and where to focus my rehab efforts. This has paid dividends in not only restoring my running to great form, but also informing me with knowledge to make the strength and conditioning work and make it part of my weekly routine. This has improved my overall core stability, balance and strength.

Sarah successfully diagnosed my ankle issue recently to the root of the cause and provided targeted rehabilitation exercises using bands and weights with a clearly defined exercise plan to follow. It was such an achievement for me to be able to complete the Stroud half marathon but to enjoy it and finish strong. I owe that achievement to the time she spent with me.

Sarah also makes use of a very helpful platform to share exercises and messages with her clients throughout the rehabilitation. This ensures the contact is regular whilst we work on our prescribed routines.

Amazing!! And thank you Sarah!"

"I had the pleasure of having a wonderful sports massage from Sarah, whom I would highly recommend. I have now been going to see her for 2 years and working as a hairdresser, standing all day, my legs, back and shoulders don’t hurt anymore. She is an amazing therapist and a very friendly, kind and helpful person. Thank you Sarah."
